Are your services legitimate?

Yes. AVS is a business unit of CMGH, LLC, a nationally certified minority business supplier. As a certified national credential holder, CMG Holdings Ltd. Co.’s mission is to create win/win/win solutions that enhance lives by providing innovative income opportunities, products, and information to all connected partners, customers, and clients. Through our platform partnership, we offer opportunities to contract with various Fortune 500 companies that are looking for domestic sourcing partnerships.

When was your company founded?

CMGH, LLC has been established since 2020 and Ascend developed in 2021. Our leaders have over 15 years of experience the telecommunications and program management industry. We are committed to seeking mutually beneficial partnerships between our contractors and client partnerships.

What is an independent contractor?

You work independently as your own boss. You have a flexible schedule that you create and your own custom work environment. Enjoy ZERO commuting time and work in whatever clothing you like. You must adhere to certain tax laws for self-employed individuals as your income is tax free. 1099 Tax Forms are provided at tax time to help file your taxes as well.

What type of opportunities are available?

Most opportunities are customer service oriented, additional growth opportunities include QA, Performance, Chat Support, and even instructional opportunities may become available! Our current client opportunities include: Roadside Assistance Support, Luxury Brands Support, Cruise Lines Support, Tax & Accounting Software Support, Financial Institutions Support, plus more to come with continued growth!

How many hours can I work?

You must maintain a minimum of 15 hours weekly to maintain your contract and can work as many hours as you’d like! Based on the availability of the client you select.

Can I enroll in more than one client program?

After completion of your first SOW, you can enroll in as many as you can manage. Each will have its own servicing hours and pay rate. As long as you meet performance expectations, the choice is yours!

What kind of equipment do I need?

You’ll need High speed internet with a category 6 ethernet cable connection, Windows 10 or 11 Operating system, a USB Headset with microphone and mute capabilities, and a quiet work environment.
